We regret to inform that we do not conduct 'meetups' or 'cash on delivery' as we use external parties for all deliveries. Packages will be dispatched the next working day after
payment is acknowledged by us (we will send you an email to let you know when payment is received). Hence courier deliveries will reach you on the 3rd day(earliest) after payment is acknowledged. For Singpost deliveries, as we cannot determine the transit time for packages sent thru Singpost, so the earliest would be 4 working days after payment acknowledgement. We will be glad to provide all customers with tracking number for their packages if they are using courier or registered deliveries.
Saturdays, Sundays and Singapore recognised public holidays are not considered working days. Postage charges are not waivable and includes Singapore customs import taxes of 7% on all bulk shipment of goods which we have prepaid first. And we cannot be held responsible for late deliveries which may result from our transit time.
