All items sold in our website are physical instocks at our Tampines warehouse and will generally be despatched the
next business day upon payment recipt. Normal singpost delivery will take additional 1-4 working day from our experience.
Packages exceeding 2kg will be separated into 2 packages for Singpost delivery (overseas mail will still be in 1 package).
Customers opting for registed post/courier will receive a Singpost/courier generated tracking no from us once your package has been sent.
Courier delivery will take at most 2 business days after payment acknowledgement; we are also pleased to offer night
delivery for residential addresses (courier only). Do note that inter-bank transfers can take up to 3 business days,
and we will only acknowledge payment receipt when actual funds have been deposited into our bank account.
Saturdays, Sundays and Singapore recognised public holidays are not considered working days. Except for
self collection and normal postage, postage charges are not waivable. We reserve the rights NOT to be held
responsible for late deliveries which may result from our courier companies or Singpost deliveries AND non-delivery
for Singpost normal mails. 'Meetups outside' or 'cash on delivery' service is also currently not available.
Customers opting for self collection may collect their packages on Monday and Thursday (excluding public holidays)
between 12:00pm - 2:00pm after they have been notified by email that their packages are ready for collection. |
