1. Can I buy less than the minimum purchase quantity (15pcs clothes or 15 pcs clothes + 2 bags)? |

No, you can't. We are wholesalers and sell in bulk, our buyers are primarily buying to resell and we need to protect their interests. Our items are priced such that we can earn a profit only if we sell in bulk. This is based on low profit margins with high volume business model and at the same time
customers can enjoy low prices. We are pleased to offer 'no minimum qty for each design' hence you may order ANY 15pcs to make up our minimum. If you wish to buy less, you can join sprees instead. Just type "cleocat fashion sprees" at Yahoo or Google and you can find these spree organisers
You may also buy using Credit Ordering. Credit ordering allows you to check out your
shopping cart repeatedly until your order meets min. purchase requirements after which we will send out your order. Contrast this with
normal ordering whereby your order must meet min. purchase requirements before you can check out your shopping cart.

| 2. Do you do meetups? |
| |
| No, we don't. We operate purely online and do not have a shop for customers to view before buying, meet-up service is also not available. This is to ensure we operate on very low costs so that customers can enjoy low prices. |

| 3. Do you offer exchanges or refund if the item received is defective or wrong? |

Yes, we do. Please take pictures of the defects and upload them under Customer Support->Order specific enquiries->Report problem e.g missing item, defects, wrong item received, missing accessories.
Once we approved, we will inform you of the exchange procedure. Note that we will refund only if your order meets our min. purchase requirements after subtracting the defective item.
Otherwise, you could only exchange.

| 4. How will I know the out of stock item will be available again? |
| |
| You can look out for the "EST Arrival" icon and put your mouse over it to see the estimated arrival date when you view the out of stock item listing. When this icon is not available, it means that we are not sure when it is available.
You can put product notifications by clicking the "Notify me when available" button. The system will inform you when it is available for purchase. |

| 5. Why do the items run out of stock so quickly? I would like to sell to my customers on demand by accepting their orders first before ordering from Cleocat Fashion. |

| We sometimes have limited stocks especially for popular items. Hence it is advisable to acquire stocks first before selling to your own customers. This will prevent customer dissatisfaction later on if stocks are not available.

| 6. Can I self-collect so that I can save postage fees? |
| |
| This is not possible as postage fees include Singapore import taxes of 7% which we paid to the Singapore government when we import in bulk. If you are buying in from overseas, you might be charged this taxes as well. And note that we do not operate a shop for self-collection too. |

| 7. Are your stocks definitely available? Will the items look exactly as in the pictures ? |

| As long as you see the listing on our site and you can order & checkout, we will guarantee the stocks to you as we purchase in bulk first from manufacturers first before selling it to you unlike other wholesalers who do not yet have stocks and only sell it based on demand model by putting up the pictures first on their website. However do note that manufacturer stocks are not yet in our warehouse yet but still in production over the manufacturer's side. For these items ordered in this manner, we will endeavour to order in the stocks according to customer's request
The incident of stocks not being delivered is 5%, this can be due to defective stock OR out of stock status at the point of our buying cycle (manufacturer stock). Note that we sell on first come first serve basis so unless items are checkout and paid for, they may go out of stock at anytime of the day. Confirmed & paid for orders cannot be amended. Actual stocks may differ from pictures as we carry inspired fashion. 85% of the items will look like the the actual picture but the rest may have slight colour differences or designs differences hence we will not offer exchanges for these differences. |

8. What are preorder items (indicated by )? |

| Preorder items are stocks which we ordered from manufacturer and their quantities confirmed. They are not in our warehouse yet but are on their way to Singapore. Customers can order them before they arrive. If you view the product info, you will also see their estimated delivery date. Items without the 'preorder' icon are instock and can be shipped out immediately from our warehouse. |

| 9. Do you have a office telephone number so that I can call? |

| We don't provide telephone support but you can make enquiries by emails and we will usually get back to you within 24hours. In this way, we can lower our operation costs so the savings will be passed on to our customers. |

| 10. How long will I have to wait after paying for the order? |
| |
| It will take us 1 business day to process your order and depending on your selected mode of delivery, courier will take another 1 business day and normal Singpost Delivery on the average 3 to 5 business days. |

| 11. How long do I need to wait for the packages to be delivered to me? |
| |
Delivery of your order will depend on what you buy:-
1. Instock items only. We will send out an order with only instock items within 3 working days.
2. Instock + preorder items (preorder order items are indicated by ). We will send your package ONLY when ALL the preorder items arrive. The arrival date is indicated in the preorder item listing.
Please take note that we reserve the right to send out your packages in whichever way suitable and refund excess postage payment back to you.
