       Exchange Policy
 
Cleocat-fashion strives to improve customer experience in any way we can. As a responsible seller, we do stock inspection for all items sold, however do understand as we deal with many items each day, it is not possible for us to inspect the item as carefully & as thorougly as you do. You may send us any feedback regarding the item you receive be it a defect or quality issue, defects accompanied with pictures uploaded into our system will receive immediate attention. However do note that we will not be able to refund items sold, defective items can still be exchanged to another product. Unlike overseas sellers who cannot honour exchanges or will just issue you a credit so that you need to repurchase a complete new order again, we are glad to be able to provide local exchange service or on-the-spot exchange at our warehouse.

As shopping on the internet involves logistics fulfilment & delivery, we are unable to entertain exchanges based on

1) change of mind,
2) personal dislike,
3) slight minor stains on white clothing,
4) sizing issues,
5) deliberate damage so as to minimize extra handling cost.

Exchanges (on defect) may take longer than usual due to to & fro shipping of items and we seek your understanding & patience with us if a quality issue does happen. If you are able to drop by our warehouse to do a one-to-one exchange it will be faster and we will be much grateful.

Only postage for exchanging defective items will be borne by us. Please use Singpost normal postage for the delivery.

Defects/quality issue has to be reported to us within 3 days & sent back within a week upon receipt. Items should not be washed or worn. We regret to inform we reserve the rights to refuse exchanges for such items.
